About Children Ministries

Julie Weslake is the Director of Children's Ministries for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the South Pacific Division

Julie Weslake, Director of Children's Ministries,

Julie has a passion for ministering to children. She is a qualified teacher and has completed a Masters degree in leadership. Julie has taught children from early childhood, to primary, secondary and tertiary levels for 17 years.

Julie worked in the area of curriculum development and as a children's pastor while in New Zealand. She also served for one year as director of children's ministries, Communication and Sabbath School for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Sydney.

Julie is grateful that she is able to live her passion to see children linked securely to Jesus, their families, and church. It is her passion to work with others so that children know Jesus.

Our vision is children knowing, experiencing and sharing the grace of God.

Our mission is to link children to Jesus and His church through discipleship, worship, community, service, stewardship and outreach.
