Pathfinders & Adventurers

Pathfinders and Adventurers are for young people to socialise with each other as well as learn and develop life skills. It's a program that is similar to Scouts.

Anyone in the community can be part of a Pathfinder or Adventurer club. Visit www.spdyouth.com for more information.

What is Pathfinders?
> A program established by the Adventist Church for 10-16-year-olds run by qualified and committed leaders of the church.
> Pathfinders participate in a range of activities including abseiling, canoeing, camping, craft and hiking.
> Pathfinder clubs present awards to Pathfinders on achievement of various skills.

> Through Pathfinders, children grow spiritually and develop important life values such as teamwork, commitment and self-respect.

Crafts

Visit www.mssscrafts.com for crafts and resources for Bible stories. The website has a range of items your child will love to make. They include printable instructions and templates.

Drama & Music

Does your child like to sing? Visit www.maynardsgroovytunes.co.uk/  to listen to songs and sing-a-long with the words. The sheet music for the songs can be printed out if you want to play it on the piano or guitar.

Have you heard of Rocfish? They are an exciting Christian singing group for children. Your child can visit their website (www.rocfish.com.au) to listen to their music, sign up for their newsletter and find out when they will be on tour.

www.maxipraise.com is another fun site to visit. Maxipraise is a Christian singing group made up of children for children. Their website includes lots of fun activities under the maxiPraise Kids section.
