Victoria Point Retirement Village, Brisbane

Victoria Point Retirement Village spans over 30 acres and is located a short distance from Victoria Point Shopping Centre and from Moreton Bay.

Residents enjoy landscaped gardens, the bush and its wildlife, and our own beautiful lake. Seaside walking tracks and ferries to several islands are only a short drive away.

The village has its own shop, hall, church, postal service and library. There are regular outings to a wide range of interesting destinations at affordable prices. A number of medical facilities, including two hospitals, are within close proximity to the village.

Recreational Activities

• A very active social club organises regular in-house activities and bus outings to a wide range of interesting places.
• In-house activities range from hands-on building in the hobby workshop, to scrabble club and card-making classes.
• There are a number of great places to visit and explore, including North Stradbroke Island, Moreton Island, Coochimudlo Island and Redland Bay, to name a few. And the Gold Coast is only 50-minute drive away.

Melody Part Retirement Resort is set among some beautiful natural flora, in a park-like environment.
