Information for visitors at the AUC

Arrival at the AUC Office

 

Access & Registration

  • Entry to the meeting rooms is through the main office located at 289 Maroondah Highway. The office opens at 8:30 am.
  • All visitors must register at reception before proceeding to their designated meeting rooms. Our receptionist, Adelle, will assist you with signing in and, if available, provide you with a swipe card.

Swipe Card Access

  • The swipe card grants access to all office entry points, including the carparks.
  • If you do not have a swipe card and leave the premises during the day, you must re-enter via reception at 289. Please do not use the 287 entrance, as it is only accessible with a swipe card and cannot be opened manually.

For Conference Presidents

  • A friendly reminder to bring your personal swipe card with you.

Before You Leave

  • On the final day of your advisory, please return your swipe card to reception or to the PA responsible for your advisory group.

If your plans change and you no longer require accommodation, please notify me by calling 0424 010 621, or contact Quality Hotel Manor directly.

Please note:
Reception closes at 11:00 pm. If you expect to arrive after 10:30 pm, you must contact the hotel in advance to receive instructions for after-hours check-in.

If your flight arrival time changes and you need to travel the night before (as some did this week), please contact the hotel directly to adjust your booking.
