WHERE WE ARE
On arrival, all meeting attendees must sign in using the QR codes located at their designated meeting rooms and the reception area.
If you require assistance with car park access, locating your meeting room, or obtaining internet vouchers, please proceed to reception at the ground floor main entrance.
The office officially opens at 8:30 am.
The swipe card provides access to all office entry points, including the car parks.
If you do not have a swipe card and leave the premises during the day, you must re-enter via reception at 289 Maroondah Highway. Please do not use the 287 entrance, as it is swipe card access only and cannot be opened manually.

- Reception closes at 11:00 pm. If you expect to arrive after 10:30 pm, you must contact the hotel in advance to receive instructions for after-hours check-in.

Please note:
The hotels check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am with 24-hour reception staff on duty.
Choice three:
Book your own accommodation. The AUC will reimburse $140 per night's stay toward your cost.
If your plans change and you no longer require accommodation, please notify your host department’s Administrative Assistant and contact the hotel directly.
If your flight arrival time changes and you need to travel the night before, please contact the hotel directly to adjust your booking, and advise your host department’s Administrative Assistant.
As there is limited parking at the AUC, we advise carpooling from the hotel.
Laypersons:
Transport will be arranged by your Host meeting Executive Assistant.
