The Bachelor of Arts and Teaching (Secondary) program at Avondale has shaped me into the teacher I’ve always aspired to be. The combination of arts and teaching allowed me to pursue my passion while preparing me for a rewarding career in education. The professors encouraged me to view teaching from various perspectives, integrating Christian values into my pedagogical approach. As I step into the classroom, I’m equipped not only with the knowledge to teach my subject matter but also with the moral grounding to be a positive role model for my students.
