About MENS Ministries
Men have been entrusted with a unique responsibility to lead by example, both in their family life and in their communities. Our Men’s Ministry is dedicated to equipping men with the resources and tools they need to fulfil this sacred duty.
At the heart of our Men’s Ministry is the belief that men have an essential role to play in society as loving husbands, dedicated fathers, and servant-minded leaders. We understand that as men grow in maturity and raise a family, they have an incredibly important role to play as role models in the lives of their children.
By showing loving leadership in the home, fathers are able to give their children a glimpse of the love, patience, compassion, and forgiveness of God, our Heavenly Father. We believe that this is the foundation upon which strong families and communities are built.
We understand that leadership takes practical, consistent, positive living, not just lip service when people are looking. That is why we offer a wide range of resources and tools designed to help men grow in their faith and their relationships, and to become the men that God has called them to be.

STARTING A MENS MINISTRIES
Men’s ministry is a perfect way for men to support each other in their roles as husbands, fathers, and committed Christians, as they have a unique contribution to make in their children’s lives.
The Seventh-day Adventist Church celebrates men, working to help all ages become the best sons, husbands, fathers, leaders and Christians they can be. From meetups and outdoor activities to conferences and prayer groups, get involved and find out how you can help others live their lives in Christ.
Shining Light in the Darkness
Let’s face it, pornography has been a taboo subject in many churches. It’s a topic that people often avoid discussing, but the reality is that has become rampant across nearly all demographics inside and outside the church. The prevalence of pornography is staggering, and it’s not something that can be ignored any longer. We believe its time for us to start talking about this issue openly and honestly, and provide support for those who are struggling. Silence and shame on this topic are no longer an option.
The General Conference Health Ministries have developed ‘Gateway to Wholeness’ developed to help people overcome problems associated with pornography use. Although one may feel trapped, Gateway helps draw on emotional, social, and spiritual resources to get users to move towards recovery from this addiction. Based on a wealth of psychological research and knowledge, Gateway is designed to be the first step towards recovery and freedom from pornography addiction. It is free and anonymous.
